02/04/2024: In the heart of the village of Castiglione Falletto, the Le Torri restaurant offers its guests an absolutely unforgettable experience, a perfect mix of excellent food, attentive service and attention to detail, presenting the charm and taste of Piedmont, offering the pleasure of immerse yourself in the flavors of a land rich in culinary tradition. The restaurant is very well looked after, large and bright, with various rooms, one of which has a view of the surrounding hills, the tables are well spaced from each other and this allows for the right privacy and tranquility necessary to enjoy your meal peacefully. The menu, both land and sea, is rich and inviting; the wine list offers numerous solutions for all tastes (and budgets), together with precious pearls from small local wineries, among which we have selected a tasty 2021 Nebbiolo from the Rocche Viberti farm. Having opted for the meat offerings, our dinner opens with the delicious Fassona and Roccaverano steak, accompanied by a series of breadsticks and bread products. The explosion of flavor then arrived with the fantastic Ravioli del Plin with brown stock, that is to say a succulent roast sauce, a real dive into the tradition of this typically Piedmontese dish, served with freshly grated parmesan enrich its aroma. Very noteworthy, but obviously more delicate and of a different "thickness", are the pumpkin and amaretti ravioli. The dessert offer is also excellent, with the dinner ending which could only be reserved for the hazelnut, the protagonist of these places, which in the dessert "The hazelnut on the plate" stands out as the protagonist in three varieties: pieces of hot cake, very fine and delicious mousse, intense ice cream. The quality - price ratio is very good, obviously the choice of wine that you decide to pair with the meal has a significant impact on the final bill. At the end of the evening we can undoubtedly say that, if you are in the Langhe, the Le Torri Restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.

15/03/2024: Extremely small place with very few seats which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy an intimate and well-appointed dinner. The quality of the raw materials is high, and there is no question about the flavour. The decor of the place struck me because I would have expected something more traditional, typical tavern style, but instead I found an artistic style in the true sense of the word. The restaurant has prices that are a little high compared to the Turin average, due both to the type of very laborious preparation of the food and to the quality, but also to the fact that probably to support the costs of the restaurant with so few seats you have to raise the prices a little . The only flaw, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is that given the average cost of dinner of 45 euros per person, I would have expected slightly larger portions on the plate. 03/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant for lunch. What to say? The owners, Carmine and Gina, fantastic! Nice, kind and professional, like all the staff. Every dish we ate, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a Lazio touch. Excellent value for money. It will definitely be a regular stop when we return to the area!

31/03/2024: We celebrated Easter, we were well welcomed and pampered throughout lunch. The stewed Bra sausage is highly recommended. The bill was sweetened by the kindness of the owners and a taste of the homemade pastiera. We will definitely be back.

12/03/2024: Excellent experience although I don't think it's worth the 5 stars. The motivation lies in some small attentions that I expect from a starred restaurant. The appetizer of one of my companions was difficult to eat because it consisted of a set of turnip greens that could not be eaten in a single bite and the cutlery available was a fork and spoon. Furthermore, when opening a second wine, different from the first, the glasses were not changed even for those who had not finished the first wine. To conclude, we all had the feeling that some dishes were very good and others a little less. When I choose an experience of this type I expect that all the dishes offered are unquestionable. The definitely positive note are the desserts, the starter and dessert entrees and the beautiful location.

24/03/2024: Second time we return, very delicious typical Piedmontese cuisine, reservations required as it is not easy to find a place, we had lunch on the terrace with a truly unique view of the vineyards, kind and efficient waiters, honest prices. The village is worth visiting, it is very beautiful

07/04/2024: Un posto by Buongustai! We have been coming to Verbania for over 20 years and have to realize that we had overlooked such an incredibly fine restaurant. A culinary journey! With Sardinian delicacies. Absolutely great! So we went there for dinner twice within 4 days. Compliments!!!

24/02/2024: A now historic restaurant in Verbania and Chicco, the owner, has never changed for years, polite and present with discretion. The food is quality well presented and well served. It has never disappointed me. I highly recommend it.

Battista dives into the menu, illustrating all the variations with the innate passion of someone who is proud of his territory and what it offers. The only flaw is that the cream puff pastry, an unexpected diversion of cream wrapped in a pastry of unparalleled lightness, is not always available. Book in advance and your palate will thank you! P.s. the carbonara is a must, if you can go on the day they make it, TOP!

02/05/2024: Amazing food! We found this Ristorante on our way to France , and the food was delicious and fresh. The service was fantastic despite our language barrier. All The food we ordered taste really great! and the server tried to make us comfortable.. Great Reasonable price,! The ristorante located on top small hill and the kids loved it.. We definitely visit them again next trip!
