21/03/2024: Top restaurant! Well-kept environments, excellent food, located above Domodossola where the view satisfies everyone. Owner and employees are all very kind. I would add that this restaurant has 4-star rooms, one more beautiful than the other, with all the comforts one can imagine. I highly recommend.

High quality dishes and products with great attention to detail!
I recommend it for those who want to "get out" of the simple and common patterns that we often see in the world of catering.

We have been coming to Verbania for over 20 years and have to realize that we had overlooked such an incredibly fine restaurant. A culinary journey! With Sardinian delicacies. Absolutely great! So we went there for dinner twice within 4 days. Compliments!!!

02/04/2024: Extraordinary restaurant serving classic local cuisine. In addition to the top-notch cuisine, I recommend leaving room for the cheese and dessert trolleys, a true gem of Zucca. Excellent choice of wines.
The service and the environment are a skilful blend of friendliness, domestic warmth and refinement.
The price is adequate for the experience but absolutely not excessive.
A hidden pearl outside the starred circuit, of which it could easily be part.
I recommend booking in advance, especially weekends are always full.

04/04/2024: We have been to Usignolo twice now and are absolutely thrilled.
The food is very tasty and of good quality, the service is extremely attentive and friendly and the prices are reasonable. There is a good atmosphere in the winter garden with a great view of Lake Maggiore.
We will be back definitely. A table has already been reserved for Saturday.

31/03/2024: An absolutely fantastic restaurant, small but very cozy. The food is good, really good. The menu: Tartare-ok, the pasta is simply magical, as is the fish. Unfortunately, the service was slightly lacking, but not too bad—they forgot to place our order. I think we were just unlucky, but we will definitely return there since we liked the atmosphere and the food.Thanks

A must stop at Vigezzina when you are in Ossola
26/03/2024: I was disappointed with the Trattoria Vigezzina today. They offer a daily midday lunch menu, but today's was pretty mediocre compared to what was on offer à la carte. Usually with these restaurants, if the midday menu offering is good, then I will be happy to spend more money and visit the restaurant in the evening, when only the à la carte menu is available. But I have no incentive to do so at the Vigezzina. With the presence of the Atelier at the Hotel Eurossola and other decent restaurants in Domodossola which have decent lunchtime menu offers, I see no need to visit the Vigezzina in the future.
Service was not particularly good either. If there are so many diners and the servers are run off their feet, then Vigezzina needs to hire more serving staff. Lastly it was impossible to pay with any credit card because no payment device was functioning. How can this be in a Michelin recommended restaurant, with so many visitors?
