We have been coming to Verbania for over 20 years and have to realize that we had overlooked such an incredibly fine restaurant. A culinary journey! With Sardinian delicacies. Absolutely great! So we went there for dinner twice within 4 days. Compliments!!!
24/02/2024: A now historic restaurant in Verbania and Chicco, the owner, has never changed for years, polite and present with discretion. The food is quality well presented and well served. It has never disappointed me. I highly recommend it.

05/03/2024: Finalmente un posto di livello a Verbania! Ci vengo per lavoro e ho sempre trovato, anche per sfortuna credo e spero, maleducazione, incompetenza e prezzi esorbitanti.
Questo posticino è proprio carino! Buon cibo, cibo sano e gustoso, proposte anche vegetariane e vegane con porzioni abbondanti. La filosofia del locale è un upgrade!

Selection of cheeses always of the highest quality, Eros' work is incredible.
The cured meats are very good, here too the quality is unmatched.
Fast and flawless service, chatting with Eros is priceless.
The selection of wines by the glass (with Milanese mark-ups) and beers is perfect.
31/03/2024: An overrated place, the interior is cramped and structured like a corridor and certainly doesn't make you want to stop inside to eat. For many people the cheese factory is something artisanal, not knowing that they get their supplies from companies... nothing incorrect, but many are fooled into thinking that everything is artisanal and local... the prices however are crazy and not justified, some If purchased at the right retailers, these products cost much less.

02/04/2024: First time in Suna. We chose this restaurant by pure chance. Excellent welcome and friendly and very professional staff. In particular Lorenzo who knew how to entertain us and recommended an excellent wine. An Easter Monday marked by bad weather but delighted by excellent food. Thank you. We'll be back.....

22/03/2024: Had lunch with a client. Pasta alla gricia and carbonara at the top. Excellent.
25/02/2024: Cucina tipica un po’ piemontese ma anche romana e lombarda, sempre con un gusto tradizionale, come a casa della nonna. Un piatto top? L’ottimo bollito portato in tavola direttamente in padella per mantenerlo caldo e morbido. Gustosi gli gnocchi alla valdostana, originali e delicati gli gnocchi con 5 pomodori diversi; da riprovare i plin con il sugo del brasato. Un luogo trovato per caso ma in cui ci ritorneremo per scelta! Da consigliare.
