03/03/2024: You can't get more artisanal beer than this! Produced by Francesco and Giorgio, it can be enjoyed directly in their restaurant combined with one of their wonderful Ciociara twist sandwiches. My favorites are definitely La Paesana, Federiga and Oro and obviously the crispy ciociaro!

03/01/2024: Per l’ultimo pranzo dell’anno post visita a Montecassino, abbiamo scelto di provare questo ristorante dallo stile contemporaneo a 2 passi dal centro città. Su suggerimento del personale di sala, abbiamo scelto antipasto “The place”. Gustosi i crostini con baccalà e quelli con moscardini. Ottima la qualità del salmone e in generale di tutti gli ingredienti. Ben eseguito il primo, spaghetti con colatura di alici di Cetara. Ovazione poi al baccalà proposto in accompagnamento di crema di patate. Ampia la scelta dei vini di zona. Particolarmente apprezzato il servizio incluso il saluto dello chef, familiare, accogliente ma anche preciso e puntuale. Sicuramente una bella scoperta di fine 2023.

15/02/2024: Very small artisan workshop, located in an equally small street, almost hidden, but ... it is easily reachable ... just follow the unmistakable seductive trail of perfume that can be felt from the nearby car park. We were greeted by a very kind and professional lady, who won us over with her illustration of the products. I bought the delicious Amaretti di Guarcino (a must) and the extraordinary tozzetti with figs and walnuts. We liked them both very much and ... we will return to taste the other products!
