12/03/2024: Excellent service a welcoming and elegant local Bristot. The one Michelin star restaurant has very high level cuisine with a fantastic thing you can eat directly in the kitchen while watching the chef, this experience was definitely one of the best. Then they take you into the cave to savor the dessert and while you observe their selection of wines... The staff is very young but very knowledgeable... super recommended for a romantic dinner 🥰

The menu on the site is dated, the real prices are much higher.
The food is in small portions.
The waitress was nice.

10/03/2024: Abbiamo iniziato con due piatti eseguiti perfettamente il carciofo e il radicchio “sublimi”accompagnati dal loro pane. Proseguito con le lumachine e gnocchi morbidissimi, il tutto accompagnato da un vino di recupero ligure rosato di Daniele Parma “fucking bubbles” fermentato naturalmente. Unico neo l’insonorizzazione della sala. Bella esperienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect service.
Worth mentioning are the radicchio and artichokes.
The advice on wine was also excellent, a very particular Bianchetta.
Low prices for the quality received.

26/02/2024: Sono stato un venerdì sera al secondo giro delle 21.30... davvero bravi, veloci e con la cameriera davvero gentile e disponibile.
La pizza è prima con diversi impasti originali e da provare. Le pizze sono molto varie e la qualità delle materie prime è eccellente. Forse un piccolo appunto sul locale carino e originale con diversi oggetti vintage ma con un po' troppa confusione e baccano.
Unica nota negativa.
Per il resto posto meritevole sia per le pizze che per la gentilezza e accoglienza.

30/03/2024: I opted for the pinsa n16: sausage, chopped pistachios, aubergines and stracciatella.
The food deserved 5 out of 5 stars, quick service despite the crowds on the Saturday before Easter, a quiet environment and friendly, quick and competent staff.
We will definitely be back!
Highly recommended
13/03/2024: I go there often and the quality of the products is very good.
At midday you can have quick lunches even without a reservation, but in the evening a reservation is better.

Super friendly but welcoming place and of course VERY good.
A life that is like a castle and I never knew it existed.
Golden owners, very kind and helpful.
The dishes are a tribute to what we need most: eating well as if we were at home with relatives.
I'll be back next time I'm at the track!

House wine that you don't know what it is, but free-range and good.
