The dishes reflect this philosophy: we start from tradition, which you find in the pasta or handmade Ascoli olives, introducing variations that are wisely not too daring and therefore pleasant and successful. The Latini ravioli, seasoned with apple, cured bacon and shallots, are truly excellent and the meat stands out for its quality and genuine flavour, enhancing even less commonly used parts such as the cheek. Last but not least, classic desserts, but masterfully executed, such as crescia filo pastry and a local Merlot red wine with excellent quality/price. P.s. Confirming the profound thought underlying the project, books on local or ecological themes discreetly populate the tables, in a desirable contamination between food and culture stimulated by the presence of the beautiful municipal library opposite. Well done!!.

Unfortunately I had written the first part of the review when this wonderful place opened. Today however it closed. It is not enough to be prepared and work hard for young people in Italy, between the ignorance of consumers and the complicated state of the economy there are very few opportunities. I'm so sorry. What will we do without your products: pizza, bread, desserts? In any case, thanks. I wish the owner the best for his future.

10/03/2024: Incredible lunch with unparalleled quality. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the spinach was unparalleled for its simplicity. The desserts just kept getting better as we had four different selections (the merang was my favorite). The owner and staff are incredibly warm and kind. Making a reservation is highly recommended as they can get very busy.

20/01/2024: A magical place, for the atmosphere and the food. Menu with many local and homemade proposals. Absolutely worth trying are the pasta with Angelica, the roast lamb, the tagliatelle... but also the appetizers, which are very tasty, and the tagliatelle with truffles.... all exceptional, even the cakes! There is a family atmosphere, a smile is guaranteed!

The first courses were very good, as a second course we took the wild boar which was exceptional! Finally we concluded the dinner with a slice of delicious caprese cake!
