12/03/2024: The quality of the pizzas in this place is probably one of the best in Bolzano, so it's advisable to reserve a table in advance. We all tried traditional pizzas, which tasted great. The dough is not heavy on the stomach. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly. We'd love to come back!

23/02/2024: Ho ordinato la pizza da asporto già varie volte da questa pizzeria. Che dire? Pizza semplicemente strepitosa!🍕 Impasto ottimo, ben lievitato e facilmente digeribile. Grande varietà di pizze da scegliere, sia per quanto riguarda il tipo di impasto che per i condimenti. Si possono scegliere sia pizze classiche che quelle gourmet, con cornicione più alto e condimenti ricercati. Buonissime entrambe! 😋 Si sente che gli ingredienti sono sempre freschissimi di altissima qualità. ✨ Un punto in più per la simpatia del proprietario, Mino, e di tutto lo staff. Sempre gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutare il cliente. Non posso che consigliare questa pizzeria, semplicemente il meglio a Bolzano 👍🏻

11/03/2024: I advise against it! Went again last night with family for a party. We always go to the corner near the children's games, we ordered the pizzas that were almost dry and very salty, we go there with the hope that they will improve but every time we have the same treatment: There is never any air on in that area, it's suffocating! As soon as you leave that area in the room in front of the counter there is air conditioning and it is cool. While we over there felt very bad and were running out of air... yesterday I mentioned it to the gentleman at the checkout and he replied that it's the children who emit heat when they play and that's why there's no air. We will never go there again since they don't turn it on in that area with us, there has never been air conditioning! the glasses are dirty, the other time on the "Valtellina" pizza there was a stone that was breaking my teeth! The waiter said maybe it was on the arugula and asked if I wanted another pizza.

I honestly didn't put it personally or just expressed an opinion, your response offers a missing image of professionalism and humility, then putting my son in the middle well who should have said hello that you had the Raiders ahead at the counter chatting at times I couldn't even pay. I don't care who I am and what I do, but one thing is for sure that I understand much more about pizzas than you, because I'm Neapolitan and serving burnt chips isn't very nice especially to a child. Yes we ate because we were hungry but it was your duty to check your own actions and that of your employees. I don't defame anyone, I don't know you and I don't even want to know you then if you want we'll see each other in private and talk about it better so we can clarify I don't know how to be a keyboard lion

17/03/2024: Very good pizzeria in Bolzano with excellent quality products. Staff always very friendly and helpful. They also make delicious poke with lots of ingredients and these too are quality. And for lunch they offer restaurant service, very good dishes and at a very good price. I often order pizza at home, hot pizzas are always on time, keep it up

16/02/2024: Arrivato a Bolzano senza metà, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata per il centro e ho cercato un locale dove mangiare tramite l'applicazione della Associazione Italiana Celiachia (AIC). Senza saperlo mi sono ritrovato proprio davanti al ristorante Walther's, nella centralissima piazza Walther e le recensioni utenti AIC erano confortanti. Avevo un problema: avevamo portato con noi anche il nostro giovane cane di taglia media. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile accedere anche con il cane e non solo ci hanno accolto senza fastidio, ma subito ci hanno portato anche una ciotola di acqua per il nostro cane. Il menù è quasi tutto in versione anche senza glutine. A mia figlia brillano gli occhi quando può scegliere tra vari piatti come tutti! Ma ancora più le brillavano quando ha assaggiato gli gnocchi al radicchio: i migliori assaggiati da anni! Anche il tiramisù senza glutine era ottimo. Gustoso il bis di canederli su un letto di verza e formaggio e le verdure wok con scamorza. Piacevolissima l'accoglienza del personale di sala, tutti molto gentili. Una speciale menzione a William che ci ha descritto e consigliato con cura tutti i piatti e ha contribuito a rendere speciale una piacevole serata in famiglia! Piacevole atmosfera. Un piacevole ricordo! Grazie di tutto!

05/02/2024: Ottimo locale per chi, come me, è celiaco ma non vuole rinunciare alla possibilità di scegliere tra differenti piatti della tradizione. All'interno del menù, infatti, è segnalato accanto ad ogni piatto se vi è la possibilità di richiedere il senza glutine. Io ho preso dei gustosi gnocchi con salamella e radicchio e un ottimo strudel. Consiglio vivamente!

06/04/2024: Very occasional customer, especially to eat a good kebab pizza. For a change we took two simple pizzas, which however seem not to have been treated very well by the pizza rack... too bad, one side of the pizza became totally soggy... Already visited place, welcoming and helpful staff, but it's not the first time that the pizzas arrive a little "disaster"
