04/04/2024: Best fish and chips ever! So delicious! A mix of fried shrimp, octopus/squid (no idea what the difference is), fries and much more, it is the best fish and chips ever. The staff is very nice and can speak English. Good value for money.

24/12/2023: Make a reservation here, because there are only 8 tables! And don't be fooled by the outside. Because once inside, you will be greeted by the sweetest and friendliest people in this restaurant. They serve certified meat from the Tuscan Chianina breed (Florence region). The fantastic T-bone (Bistecca) is also available in other and cheaper varieties. Order 1 large one of 1kg for 2 people and, after your inspection, it will be prepared on the BBQ in the middle of the restaurant. Fantastic! Please note, the price is a bit higher. But totally worth it. Because this is the best steak I have eaten in Tuscany!!! Tip: You can park directly next to the building, at the back.

03/10/2023: As a starter we had three types of tartare which were really very good. For the main course we had the steak with truffle honey. I ordered mine medium and it arrived quite bloody and very cold. Unfortunately it's a shame for €40. Tasted good, it was something new. For dessert I had a tangerine sorbet which was incredibly tasty and refreshing! The waiting time is very long. On average we waited 30-45 minutes. The service was very friendly and speaks good English.

05/01/2024: Tutto perfetto: cucina, vino, servizio, location! Servizio impeccabile, gestore e camerieri accoglienti, simpatici e cordiali. Atmosfera romantica e rilassante ma adatta anche a famiglie con bambini (come nel nostro caso). Bellissima scoperta! Ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti!

24/02/2024: Sono ormai alcuni anni che c è questo localino, che si è un pochino ingrandito e ha aggiunto qualche variante tipo pinsa e gin abbinati La base è sempre molto buona ben cotta leggera digeribile, peccato che per i miei gusti siano sempre più ricche di ingredienti.... troppi... Le rotelle non tagliano più e praticamente la devi mangiare con le mani La ragazza che ti aiuta nella scelta è la tipica livornese schietta, simpatica, pragmatica, La prox volta la proverò con al max 2 /3 ingredienti

22/02/2024: Excellent pinsa I would say, unfortunately it is served on a wooden tray with yellow paper on it, which inevitably in the case of buffalo mozzarella which runs and melts, moistens the bottom and the yellow paper becomes a mush mixed with the bottom of the pinsa dough, so you you find yourself eating paper and dough, which is neither nice to look at nor healthy I think, I deduce that it also happens for other condiments or at least for the heat between the pinsa and the wood. TO FAIL Enough of this yellow paper, or perhaps the one from Pinseria Lab is poor quality paper

06/04/2024: Stopped in today for a work visit. A place already known and appreciated by the friend with whom we were in company who wanted to share the goodness of the dishes. Ate a 1.8kg Maremma Florentine steak!!! accompanied by 3 beautiful glasses of an excellent still red from the Donna Fittipaldi winery in Castagneto Carducci, land of the only sassicaia. While waiting for cooking, they delighted us with an entrée of cured meats. Divine. Davide, the owner, an exquisite person with whom to have a pleasant conversation together with his kind wife and partner Federico. Top. P.s.: as per the photo published, it is not a place for dietitians, vegans, health enthusiasts, etc. etc. As the logo says "i love ciccia"
