30/03/2024: Very nice and pleasant place! Helpful staff and I might seem weird, but I ate some sautéed spinach that amazed me! From simple things you understand the quality of the raw material and here it is all there! The only "unforgivable" flaw for me is the wine list. A place like this is right to have few references, but there could be a little more work which would certainly make much more!

19/03/2024: Another place of the heart and of tradition. I could describe my first time at Quinto al Ceppo, in 1972, having recently arrived in Siena to study. Now that place maintains with the young family the continuity of traditional catering with the addition of the hotel offer of particular comfort and kindness. What else? Go there.

04/04/2024: We were lucky to get a table without reservation on a Monday night. Place is no-nonsense, children friendly, cheaper than other restaurants around and has great beef t bone steak for 45 eur per kg, pieces start at 1,300 gram. Pasta starts at 9 Euro, starters at 5

31/03/2024: Very nice atmosphere, good service, well presented and very good food. Interesting selection of wines by the glass, Vernaccia to accompany the starter, Chianti classic for the meat and Recioto for the dessert. Place to recommend and to keep in your favorites.

17/01/2024: A unique, exceptional experience! Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail and there is nothing that clashes. The search for flavor and the study of the dish are found in every course, even the accompanying bread consists of different products all made by them and all interesting. A lot of care is also given in the service with careful explanations and high level of preparation on the products served.

01/04/2024: Today our palates were delighted with chef Sangiacomo's dishes. Impeccable lunch, kind and attentive service, welcoming and relaxing environment. Each dish, with the precision of the presentation, the cooking and the consistencies, made us understand the great technique in the kitchen, never an end in itself, but applied to the exaltation of the raw materials. The apotheosis was then reached with the pigeon which, alone, is worth the visit to the tavern. In short, we should go back, we should try it and the chef should definitely be rewarded

01/04/2024: We came here specifically to eat the Florentine steak as described on a site, one of the best places to eat a good Florentine steak, but honestly we have eaten much better ones in other places. The cured meats and tagliatelle were delicious. Instead the coffee was burnt. Coming from Florence, before going down to Salerno we chose this place to stop, but the road is a state road and full of curves and it's a lot quicker if you come from Montepulciano, Sinalunga, Castelnuovo than if you come from Florence. For the rest everyone was kind and courteous. Prices normal

01/04/2024: I stayed from Saturday 30 March to Monday 1 April 2024 with my family for the Easter long weekend. Brand new and welcoming hotel. When you enter it feels like you're at home. The rooms are beautiful and the cleanliness is top 10 and praise. The village is very quiet and is the ideal place to rest. It is suitable for both couples and families as the rooms are super welcoming. For lunch and/or dinner there is a restaurant/pizzeria which serves excellent dishes. The staff is super friendly. The location is strategic because in 30 minutes you can reach Assisi, Bastia Umbra and Cannara (15 min).

15/03/2024: The restaurant was recommended to us by several people and I must say that the dinner exceeded our expectations. The umbricelli with broad beans, bacon and pecorino are very tasty, as are the pappardelle with wild boar sauce or the rabbit in porchetta. Good service, very friendly staff. Beautiful landscape. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
