31/03/2024: Perfect lunch! Excellent quality ingredients and unbeatable hospitality. The best truffle pappardelle I have ever eaten! Homemade pasta that takes you back to a distant past when grandmothers rolled out the dough on Sunday morning. Young, competent and friendly staff.

04/04/2024: The food ranges between tolerable and uneatable. And while the kind waitress apologized profusely for an uneaten item, they did charge us for it. In short, DON'T.

27/03/2024: I didn't visit the rooms but only the restaurant. It's not the first time I've gone, better to book. It doesn't have many places. Location in the small square of the village, nice and simple place, you can eat inside and outside. The menu is extensive and according to everything and is good and the prices are honest. I took a traditional menu, the starter was bruschetta with oil, ham and pecorino cheese from Norcia, high quality raw materials. Then the pachino strozzapreti and salted ricotta, good even if I didn't like the quality of the pasta but that's my taste and then sausage on a bed of excellent salad and roast potatoes. Then a mixed vegetable which I was told was excellent. To finish, the apple pie, cream and ice cream were very good. Excellent house wine. I spent 49 euros and I would say it was excellent. What can I say, a guarantee, then trevi for a walk is always worth it.

31/03/2024: Excellent cuisine also because the ingredients are top quality, the latest news on local wines always at a high level - attentive and fast service but you can take all the time you want - Stefano is always discreet and kind, he immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like I was at a friend's house - a hushed environment and in the summer more than romantic in the outdoor places. Friendly and prepared staff. I go back whenever I can!👍👍

02/04/2024: Great and friendly service A bit disappointed by the food. For example the fettuccine al tartuffo were actually with tartuffata which is a mix of truffle and mushroom instead of just truffle. It was still very tasty but should have been mentioned. Dessert was delicious

07/04/2024: The restaurant was in a more quiet street which we really enjoyed. The staff was really nice and the food was amazing. We got their gnocchi which were great and the mixed grilled meat (veal,pork ribs and sausages, chicken). They also have off the menu plates which sounded really appetising.

01/04/2024: We ordered takeaway pizzas for a quick dinner. Coming from outside and not knowing the area, we hadn't considered the limited traffic zone and found ourselves having to reach the restaurant on foot. The owners, of unique kindness, gave us a lift in the car. Top kindness and delicious pizza.

24/03/2024: Excellent pici all'aglione, excellent pappardelle with wild boar, ravioli with bacon and AMAZING artichokes. Quality meats and cheeses. Very good desserts, especially the apple and almond tart. Wide choice of wines. Quick and friendly service. Clean and welcoming place. Truly a great experience!!!!

06/04/2024: I ate in this place tonight and even though I hadn't booked and the place was fully booked, the owner and all the very kind staff made me have dinner, everything was very good, I thank all the staff

06/04/2024: One of the best meals I’ve had. Ever. So disappointed we didn’t have a chance to return for a second meal. Everything was so lovely and delicious. The Grechetto is the best I’ve had. I will be thinking about this meal for a while to come. Worth returning to perugia just for this restaurant. If this place is eventually Michelin starred I wouldn’t be surprised although then it might be even harder to get a reservation. The service was wonderful. Food absolutely perfectly seasoned and cooked. Quality outstanding. We were in Italy for a month (our 3rd time visiting) and have eaten at many places. Every region has its own beautiful flavor and something special. Dalla Bianca outdid all of them. I didn’t get photos of the wild board and a few other dishes but they are all amazing.

04/04/2024: 4 adults and 2 children. The place is nice and spacious. We tasted rustic antipasto and had some first courses. Cannelloni, tortelloni with truffles, lasagna with ricotta and artichokes, strangozzi alla Norma. All very good. A note to the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Absolutely recommended

03/03/2024: Incantevole location ai piedi del Bosco di S. Francesco con pareti in pietra viva ed un bel camino al piano superiore. La cucina offre i tipici piatti della cucina umbra ma ad eccezione dell'antipasto misto di ottimi affettati e formaggi accompagnati da una buona focaccia, i primi (caramelle di pasta quasi crudi) e soprattutto il secondo di carne mista alla brace (salsiccia e costine di maiale ed agnello di formato mignon e bruciati) hanno deluso le aspettative. Personale gentile e professionale. Rapporto qualita'-prezzo mediocre.

11/02/2024: Cibo della tradizione umbra, buona la carne ed ottima la qualità dei prodotti. Vale la pena puntare sui piatti tipici, sicuramente il coniglio alla cacciatora va provato

Servizio rapido e molto cortese. La signora Francesca,che gestisce il locale, ci ha accolti calorosamente ed è stata sempre gentile e disponibile. Un posto in cui ritornare per sentirsi a casa.
