16/12/2023: Siamo stati in questo ristorante io e la mia famiglia a fare una cena sotto le festività natalizie. Locale molto bello, piccolino e accogliente, tavoli distanziati il giusto che garantiscono un pò di privacy se ci si trova a fare una cena in coppia. Menù composto da cinque antipasti, una bella scelta di risotti, anche questi cinque, troviamo poi due paste fresche con altrettanti condimenti e gli agnolotti con tre tipi diversi di condimento. Tra i secondi troviamo altre cinque portate, tra cui le lumache al verde e una scaloppa di foie grass e per finire troviamo i dessert (tre) e quattro tra gelati, sorbetti ed affogati. Quindi direi un bel menù con la quantità di scelta giusta secondo me. Abbiamo scelto tutti quanti un antipasto ed un primo, il secondo l'avremmo valutato alla fine dei primi. Antipasti ottimi soprattutto il baccalà mantecato fantastico, quasi tutti hanno preso il risotto tranne me e la mia compagna che abbiamo optato per gli agnolotti. Riso molto buono, forse proprio al limite di cottura ma mio parere, agnolotti veramente molto buoni soprattutto quelli al brasato, buonissimi. Unica pecca per gli agnolotti è stata la cottura che è andata oltre e purtroppo erano molli, ma può succedere, fortunatamente ripeto avevano un sapore ottimo che ha fatto passare un pò in secondo piano la cottura. Come quantità direi piuttosto abbondanti, peccato però che alla fine dei primi, dopo un pò di attesa ci sia stato portato via tutto dal tavolo senza chiedere se gradissimo un secondo o se volessimo passare al dolce. Al che mio cognato lancia una frecciatina parlando con noi al tavolo davanti alla cameriera se appunto avessimo gradito il secondo, ma invece che scusarsi sulla cosa e chiedercelo li al momento ci è stato risposto che erano dispiaciuti ma si era fatto tardi e quindi niente (erano le 22.05). Sui secondi peccato perchè forse avremmo anche potuto scegliere di dividerci un piatto di lumache io e mio cognato ma pazienza, prendono tutti il dolce se non sbaglio, io no ed il caffè. Abbiamo preso anche due bottiglie di camp du rouss. Conto direi nella norma, 90 a coppia, contando due bottiglie di vino direi che sia giusto. Peccato solo per quello scivolone del secondo ma per il resto io non mi son trovato male.

12/03/2024: I've been there several times and it never disappoints expectations. Excellent restaurant serving Piedmontese cuisine and more. Really good dishes and precise service. The restaurant has a modern and colorful decor, very pleasant indeed. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city and always a guarantee. Fairly well-stocked wine cellar. Prices on average with restaurants of the same type in the city. Street parking not always easy to find in the immediate vicinity. Super recommended for the quality of the food!

28/02/2024: I was here a short time ago, the place is very suggestive both inside where it recalls all its history and outside where it makes you feel almost in another world for those who come from the city. It is easily accessible and has ample parking. The restaurant is located upstairs and it is really cozy and warm We were welcomed by a super friendly and helpful waiter. We sat down and he immediately showed us the wine list and the menu The food left me a little less enthusiastic unfortunately, I expected a little more, I will certainly return to try other dishes. If you haven't been there yet, go!!

03/04/2024: Very popular place. The pizza is thin and biscuity, a dough different from all the others. I prefer pizzas with pumpkin cream instead of tomato sauce, unique flavor. The Duchess yes all.

01/04/2024: Most friendly place and fairly huge for a pizzeria with a lot of tables and people moving in and out. The manager is coordinating all the visits in a most efficient way and even though we hadn’t made a reservation he managed to get us a table after 20 minutes. The pizzas are very tasty and they have a variety of to choose from. Crunchy crust so our favorite. When we left the place he offered us a whole sack of sweets. Most thoughtful!

09/03/2024: Mi pento di non aver provato prima questa eccellenza alessandrina! Brioche perfette (burrose, sfogliate e croccanti, le mie preferite in assoluto), dolci ottimi e curati nei dettagli, cappuccini aromatizzati e caffè buonissimi. Crema fresca e leggera e marmellata super Una garanzia.

Sono stato negativamente sorpreso dai prezzi che sono aumentati. Servizio non male, proprietario esperto e disponibile. Ristorante situato nel centro Ovada Parcheggio disponibile.
