02/04/2024: In the heart of the village of Castiglione Falletto, the Le Torri restaurant offers its guests an absolutely unforgettable experience, a perfect mix of excellent food, attentive service and attention to detail, presenting the charm and taste of Piedmont, offering the pleasure of immerse yourself in the flavors of a land rich in culinary tradition. The restaurant is very well looked after, large and bright, with various rooms, one of which has a view of the surrounding hills, the tables are well spaced from each other and this allows for the right privacy and tranquility necessary to enjoy your meal peacefully. The menu, both land and sea, is rich and inviting; the wine list offers numerous solutions for all tastes (and budgets), together with precious pearls from small local wineries, among which we have selected a tasty 2021 Nebbiolo from the Rocche Viberti farm. Having opted for the meat offerings, our dinner opens with the delicious Fassona and Roccaverano steak, accompanied by a series of breadsticks and bread products. The explosion of flavor then arrived with the fantastic Ravioli del Plin with brown stock, that is to say a succulent roast sauce, a real dive into the tradition of this typically Piedmontese dish, served with freshly grated parmesan enrich its aroma. Very noteworthy, but obviously more delicate and of a different "thickness", are the pumpkin and amaretti ravioli. The dessert offer is also excellent, with the dinner ending which could only be reserved for the hazelnut, the protagonist of these places, which in the dessert "The hazelnut on the plate" stands out as the protagonist in three varieties: pieces of hot cake, very fine and delicious mousse, intense ice cream. The quality - price ratio is very good, obviously the choice of wine that you decide to pair with the meal has a significant impact on the final bill. At the end of the evening we can undoubtedly say that, if you are in the Langhe, the Le Torri Restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.

03/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant for lunch. What to say? The owners, Carmine and Gina, fantastic! Nice, kind and professional, like all the staff. Every dish we ate, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a Lazio touch. Excellent value for money. It will definitely be a regular stop when we return to the area!

31/03/2024: We celebrated Easter, we were well welcomed and pampered throughout lunch. The stewed Bra sausage is highly recommended. The bill was sweetened by the kindness of the owners and a taste of the homemade pastiera. We will definitely be back.

04/04/2024: Dine in a medieval tower renovated in an exceptional way, inserting glass and steel inside, a few tables on each landing, original and unique furnishings and accessories, connections with other parts dug into the rock ... Truly "extraordinary" location in which food and very good wines - for me - have taken a back seat.

04/03/2024: Bel locale, ma qualcosa è da migliorare. Il parcheggio del ristorante andrebbe evidenziato, il servizio buono, ma a parte i proprietari, gli altri poco empatici. Il menù dovrebbe essere completo e comprendere il menù degustazione, che esiste, ma non è scritto da nessuna parte e nessuno ce lo ha proposto. Il menù comprende terra e mare, la scelta è buona e varia. Buoni gli antipasti, la pasta buona, ma il ragù era poco saporito. Ottimo il secondo, buono anche il dessert. Conto buono rapportando qualità e prezzo.
