06/04/2024: We had lunch the week before Easter, the place has been renovated and is brighter. The staff were kind and affable. The food was as excellent as I remembered it. We chose menus at €28 including 2 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 desserts. All really good with a touch of originality and refinement. I highly recommend it.

27/03/2024: Typical Piedmontese cuisine at a fixed price. Everything excellent and impeccable service. I particularly appreciated the choice and attention to vegetarians. Certainly worth trying if you are in Cuneo.

The location is well taken care of down to the smallest details and the dishes speak for themselves. The dining room staff is helpful and courteous and each dish served is carefully explained. The use of raw materials and ingredients at km0 makes the dishes unique, authentic and tasty. At the sight, every single dish seems like a work of art and once tasted it is an explosion of tastes and flavours. I highly recommend going to Ristorante da Vittorio as it is a unique experience.
