06/04/2024: We celebrated on two occasions in this restaurant and I would go back a thousand more times. It is called a trattoria but it serves haute cuisine food, in terms of quality and presentation of the dishes. Dishes with a delicate and refined taste. The owners are really very kind and helpful like few others. If you are lucky you also have the pleasure of having lunch overlooking a breathtaking view! Really super recommended!!!

14/01/2024: Excellent atmosphere, great food quality and excellent quality of ingredients. The antipasto is of the highest quality and truly original Sicilian food. The “Maccheroni alla norma” absolutely unforgettable! Highly recommended! Will be back again soon!

03/01/2024: We order an appetizer for one to share, two portions of meat and two side dishes. After finishing the appetizer my partner feels ill and we decide to leave, I talk to the owner and ask how far along the meat was and if it could be stopped, he replies that it was ready now and that they could take it away for me and so I replied go good, no problem. We paid €50 for the starter X1 to share, a bottle of water, a coke, two second courses and two side dishes. The problem? They gave us a second takeaway that didn't look like it was for two people and they charged us for the side dishes that weren't present, so we paid for dishes that weren't served to us. I hope it was an oversight because it wasn't right at all.

28/11/2023: This was one of the best restaurants I went to on my trip to Italy, because of the service and the amazing food. I have the sandwich with pistachio cheese and prosciutto, and I cried eating it. So so good. You have to go!

19/02/2024: Consigliato da un amico il ristorante è molto carino , l’ospitalità è eccellente così come sono eccellenti i piatti dall antipasto al dolce. Le tagliatelle al rosmarino condite con un ragù bianco e i pici al curry una prelibatezza così come l’agnello con pesto al basilico e il maialino nero cotto a bassa temperatura al latte e fonduta di formaggio. Per finire i dolci che abbiamo provato tutti la millefoglie crema chantilly e fragole, cannolo alla ricotta, dolce al bicchiere con crumble cioccolato ricotta e pere e il tortino al cioccolato Consigliatissimo qualità prezzo ottimo Un plauso speciale alla chef che dopo aver terminato al servizio e’ passata tra i tavoli a chiedere come era andata.

05/04/2024: Cozy and clean place, wonderful view, fresh fish and, last but not least, well cooked. The quiet of a Friday in April certainly contributed to making the hours spent in this place even more pleasant. I recommend the sword and pistachio half sleeves. We will definitely be back!

03/04/2024: If you want to taste the traditions of "Milazzo" dishes, this is the right place. Where those who return to Milazzo, to taste the flavors of the past and at the same time feel at home. Filippo is all this. Ps the spaghetti al cartoccio was bottomless, 😜. Very good. I recommend it to everybody.

11/05/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant. It was the most pleasant place we visited during our week in Taormina. Everything we ordered was really very tasty, homemade and of high quality. But what impressed me most was the service. Always welcoming, friendly, very attentive attitude and atmosphere. It was nice to feel such an attitude and enjoy the incredible tastes of Sicilian cuisine.

24/03/2024: Simply terrible! What saddens me most is that in a place like this you end up eating a horrible cut of tuna. Absolutely wrong cooking, I even had doubts about the quality of the fish, given that in some places it had a strange taste. Furthermore, as a side dish, a badly fried artichoke that leaked oil and was cloying on the palate. The appetizer and the service were appreciated but in a quality restaurant you cannot afford to offer dishes like this. Finally, I left the second one and no one bothered to ask why and I honestly felt ashamed for them to point it out. I will not return.

28/02/2024: this is a great restaurant, friendly service + nice atmosphere but the truffle pasta was not al dente. Very hard to chew. The bread was to much on the side for 1 Person. Cute little starter - i think it was a little omelette. But im sure the pasta was an accident. I will definitely go back to try the fish. My italian was sadly to bad to give a friendly feedback :(

21/02/2024: We drove from Montalbano Elicona to get there, which wasn't that far but seemed a fair old trek given the interesting road conditions. We turned up and bowled in as the doors were unlocked, but the lovely host told us the restaurant was closed. We stood around considering our next move when she agreed to cook for us anyway. The food was excellent, as was the service, and I apologise for hugging the host at the end as I got carried away by her generosity. It was my birthday, which I hadn't mentioned, and it was one I certainly won't forget for a while.

05/05/2024: Cozy place, quick and friendly staff. The food was excellent and well cooked....I went back after the temple and it was even better. Well done!!!!! I won't post the photos otherwise too many people will go there later. Off the beaten track for weekenders, this is probably why it maintains high standards!!!!!

04/03/2024: Beautiful location, very modernized restaurant, family and friendly environment. The owner was in Germany for about 30 years and then decided to return to his beloved land and about eight years ago he started this trattoria with excellent quality cuisine and pizzeria! Will come back to try other dishes! The outside is also beautiful to enjoy in the evening in the summer season...
