31/03/2024: This farmhouse is located on a hill in Borgo a Buggiano (PT), visited today on the occasion of Easter, the place is beautiful with a beautiful view, kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent menu, good wines (they come from the surrounding area) ,unvisited rooms, the surrounding land is well looked after, outdoor swimming pool, large function rooms, private parking. If you're passing by, visit it.

27/10/2023: Bella esperienza! Per la prima volta gnocco e tigella, buonissimi! Ottimi i salumi, i formaggi e le verdure grigliate. E le salsine di accompagnamento. Come incominciare? Come procedere? Imbarazzante! Conclusione con tigelle calde e confetture. Il tutto servito in una atmosfera di cordialità e gentilezza che, purtroppo, non sempre si riscontrano.

31/03/2024: Finding myself on the road I stopped at this pizzeria restaurant, upon entering I was immediately struck by the place, and it seemed to me like I was going back in time, on the wall there are many photographs from the 20's, 30's and 40's, then there are many gadget., the very kind owner found me a table, very nice like all the staff., I had a pizza., ascolana., but there are so many, it was excellent, light dough and well supplied, I was satisfied in all, congratulations.!!

28/02/2024: Caffè a basso contenuto di caffeina, cappuccino sciacquone (con latte tiepido non portato alla giusta temperatura, quindi imbevibile), i baristi che servono i clienti habitué prima di te ma soprattutto.. siamo a fine Febbraio e ci sono ancora gli alberi di Natale! Ma scherziamo?

18/03/2024: Nice little restaurant specializing in Tuscan cuisine and grilled meat. The Fassona tartare is excellent. The pork butcher ravioli are good, perhaps a little too salty and with too much sauce. The steak is also good. Very kind staff. Honest prices

01/04/2024: Small and cozy place, very quiet. Paula, the owner, cooks traditional homemade food. All delicious. They have a set 3-course menu for €50. We were served antipasti, artichoke lasagna and ragu rabioli, and finally a plate with lamb shoulder, spinach, homemade potatoes and pork loin in sauce. The dessert was a chocolate and cream mouse covered in a drunk sponge cake. Strong and abundant menu. Elena and Cristina, the staff who attended to us, did not speak Spanish but they went out of their way to communicate and for us to understand them. All wonderful staff.

20/02/2024: We have been to La Bettola several times over time, and have always enjoyed it. All dishes of typical Tuscan and Pistoia cuisine. Good food, nice place, friendly service, dogs welcome. Some dishes I have tasted over time that I have really liked and that I recommend are the crostone with beans and lard, the black cabbage farinata, the prisoner's soup, the tagliolini with lemon with finocchiona ragù, the lampredotto with sauces. I really think we'll be back again!

08/03/2024: I returned after a long time for lunch. I found nothing about the memory of previous lunches. Questionable quality of the first courses with limited and poorly seasoned dishes, unjustifiable prices. It's really a shame, maybe the chef or managers have changed?

26/02/2024: It is a bar in the center with a large outdoor terrace, very comfortable in summer. It's great for quick lunches and they also have pizzas, as well as first courses and tasty platters. The staff is very friendly and speaks English and Russian. Well done!

09/02/2024: We went there to eat because everything else wasn't open yet. I have to say, the food was excellent and the staff was very warm and friendly. We really enjoyed the evening there. We would love to come back😃
