26/03/2024: 5 stars are few: excellent pizza, with quality and abundant ingredients! Light and highly digestible dough. Friendly and friendly staff and owners! It's not the first time I've gone there and I will continue to go there because it really deserves it!!

01/01/2024: Ho avuto modo di apprezzare molte volte la qualità, il servizio e l'atmosfera di questo locale, fino a diventarne un cliente assiduo fino a quanto purtroppo nello scorso mese di giugno un incidente stradale si è tristemente portato via Cristiano membro chiave della proprietà e a causa di questa tragedia l'attività è stata sospesa. Auguro che la famiglia possa riuscire superare il terribile evento e voglio con questa recensione ricordarli e incoraggiarli.

29/07/2023: With great sorrow I had to learn today that the owner has passed away following a motorcycle accident. I have visited this excellent place last year with friends three days in a row, and I felt compelled to come here again with my girlfriend just because of the Osteria Del Ghiotto. The exquisite cooking, the friendly welcome, and the impeccable service have stayed in my memory. My deepest condolences to the family and the village for this tragedy.

14/03/2024: Personalmente credo sia la migliore pizza di Pisa. Impasto leggerissimo, prodotti di prima qualità e varietà nella scelta. L’unica pecca forse il luogo, veramente piccolino e quindi devi rispettare i turni (peccato) ed il prezzo di alcune portare (12€ per tre montanarine mi sembra leggermente eccessivo!). Ma per quanto riguarda la qualità è decisamente indiscutibile. Consigliato.

27/02/2024: Beautiful environment, nothing to say. Service ok, food at average trattoria levels, nothing exceptional, much less up to the level of the final bill paid, absolutely a mistake. There are many places of absolutely superior quality with the same or even lower prices. Sorry, but this is not a place I would return to.

02/04/2024: I was with my girlfriend at Gozzo on Friday evening 29 March 2024. Starting from the service, they were impeccable but don't expect a formal environment, because the owner and all the staff are nice and super welcoming. As for the food, the quality of the catch is exceptional, but not only that, the raw material is treated and cooked to perfection. The dishes are enjoyable, tasty and also refined. The quality/price ratio is crazy, eating a giant plate of raw fish, two super abundant first courses, a very fresh fish fry, dessert, water and a bottle of wine we spent less than 50 euros each. Thanks to all the staff at Gozzo, if we happen to return to Pisa this will be a must!

02/04/2024: Sono stato con la mia ragazza al Gozzo venerdì sera 29 marzo. Partendo dal servizio, sono stati impeccabili ma non vi aspettate un ambiente formale, perché il proprietario e tutto il personale sono simpatci e super accoglienti. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la qualità del pescato è eccezionale, ma non solo, la materia prima è trattata e cucinata  alla perfezione. I piatti sono goduriosi, saporiti e anche ricercati. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pazzesco, mangiando un piatto gigante di crudi di pesce, due primi super abbondanti, una fritturona di pesce freschissimo, dolce, acqua e una bottiglia di vino abbiamo speso circa 50 euro a testa. Grazie a tutto il personale del Gozzo, se ci capiterà di ripassare per Pisa questa sarà una tappa dovuta!

06/04/2024: Sophisticated restaurant with delicious food and good wine recommendations. Slightly increased in price. A bit dated and dark inside. We recommend sitting outside in the small piazza. The portions are quite small, but of very good quality. The description of the food is not always accurate. I had a pasta where the saffron was missing. Overall, recommended in the warmer season. Very friendly service, unfortunately as a tourist you are spoken to penetratingly in English.

17/03/2024: How rude! Returning from Versilia with my children (9/9/14) and a couple of friends with their 6 year old, we decide to stop in this restaurant. I call and make a reservation. We arrive, we sit down and the owner arrives, who in a really rude tone tells us that in his restaurant there is only the fixed menu (first course, second course, water, wine, coffee...) at €17 (for the love of God, a really low price) . I kindly ask how it works for children since the three under 10 years old would never have eaten so much! He replies even more rudely than for them, ditto, I'll take the stuff home if I don't eat it. Then he adds that out of 7 people he can make 6 menus and therefore leave the smallest child alone. I ask my friends what they want to do and he impatiently and truly rudely orders us to decide quickly because he sells our table quickly (the place is almost empty). Honestly, in front of such treatment, in front of 4 children, I no longer made calculations and said with no small embarrassment that we would leave...the owner then in an even worse tone told me "but now what do I do with the table that I held for you???" Maybe to tell me to stay and be on his terms. After a second he took away the ordered bottles of water, turned his back on us and walked away. I didn't know about the menu, he could have reiterated it a thousand times, but instead we were treated really badly with kindness. Terrible service

19/02/2024: I had a wonderful experience in this place. This small place in the center of Pisa has an intimate and refined atmosphere, which stands out from the usual places. The owner is very courteous and approachable. The food is excellent and deviates from the usual offering, offering refined dishes with exquisite flavor combinations, presented with care. The background music and ambiance help create a truly enjoyable experience.

17/03/2024: Decidiamo all’ultimo minuto di andare a pranzo lì…chiamo e prenoto un tavolo per 2 .All’arrivo rimango a bocca aperta dall’ambiente in cui si trova questo bellissimo ristorante,il dentro non delude…caldo,accogliente e ben curato…il menù propone il re della tavola della zona il tartufo…ordino i cappellacci al tartufo e il filetto sempre al tartufo…squisiti entrambi…servizio veloce educato e gentile…il caffè fatto con la moka e’ il tocco finale…tornerò sicuramente

19/02/2024: Cucina superlavitiva l'apparenza inganna, mi immaginavo un locale rustico della zona ho trovato invece piatti eccellenti e ricercati, gusti e materie prime di primo livello. Il prezzo ne risente ovviamente, bene saperlo, ma è tutto meritato.
