21/03/2024: Excellent restaurant. The service is very good and attentive. The two of us for dinner at 7:00 p.m., the only ones. No music. The people in the kitchen were laughing a lot among themselves, it was nice 😀. Atmosphere ok. I took the boiled meats, good portion, excellent with the 3 sauces. The rabbit was good with a slight truffle taste. 2 free entries, thank you. I recommend, thank you.

19/04/2024: Perfectly executed tasting menu. Very well-rounded caring team. A very accessible Chef who comes regularly to see if everything is going well. Passionate about quality products, committed to quality food, we had the pleasure of visiting his vegetable garden, created a little over a year ago to supply his kitchen with local and selected products. I recommend. In summer the patio must be very pleasant.

26/03/2024: Very good! Pleasant dinner, with a few pearls. I loved the roast cardoon, beautiful and delicious. The "ris e coi" plin are very interesting and particular, even if they are not particularly tasty. The mustard and honey cheek is wonderful. Castelmagno's selection is very good. The bunet was good, small but very pleasant. Excellent service. I don't know the price, I was a guest.

06/04/2024: We eat well. Unfortunately we probably found ourselves in a moment of little organization. Just enough service and with those prices it is not correct. We left twenty minutes after finishing dessert because no one came to ask if we wanted anything else. No discounts, no excuses. Sin!

I advise all these restaurants to organize themselves in this sense (even with just one dish) because in 2024 there are countless people who suffer from one or more intolerances. otherwise they will lose a reservation of 10 people like yesterday's

08/01/2024: All'arrivo si viene accolti con un saluto e un sorriso e si viene accompagnati al tavolo, dopodichè si parte subito con i piatti che escono veloci dalla cucina. Menu fisso, 4 antipasti, un primo, la polenta accompagnata da due pietanze (capriolo e formaggi nel nostro caso) e dolce. Siamo stati due volte e il menu varia a seconda della disponibilità della materia prima. Tutto molto buono e il conto in linea con la qualità. Servizio cortese. Bravi!
